Michelle Crawford

Michelle Crawford is the Administration Officer for both itSMF International and the Australian Chapter, joining itSMF Australia full-time over 12 years ago.

Before itSMF, Michelle had administration roles in various different industries, including building, tourism, gold mining, and IT software.

Michelle has two adult children, and three young grandchildren. Hobbies include reading, bushwalking, crossword and sudoku puzzles, and scrap-booking her grandkids’ photos.

Sheryl Kingsley

Sheryl manages the National office and also assists the eight state and territory Branches with over 40 events including Seminars each year. She has many years experience in Administration & Office Management across numerous industries. Sheryl also maintains the Australian & International websites.

Bruce Harvey

Bruce Harvey has served as our Executive Officer and Company Secretary since 2013 and supports the Board in managing the legislative, corporate governance and financial aspects of our forum as well as supporting Directors and Chapters when needs arise.
