If you are a registered member of any itSMF Chapter around the world, you are entitled to the following variety of services:


	Van Haren Publishing Free Publications For free access to these publications you use this link to go to the Van Haren site. When there you will have the chance to create an account. You then use this account to access the service. As well as the free publications there is a 15% discount for other (e.g. printed) publications. Access the publications


	Peoplecert CPD Points ‘Professional Education’ and 'Community' ITIL CPD points can be claimed for attending and contributing to events put on by an itSMF Chapter.
